Reads rough inputs
Screenshots, PDFs, pasted text, photos and forwarded emails all become structured events.
Parsley reads school letters, screenshots, PDFs, emails and parent messages, then drafts the events, reminders, checklists and clash alerts you actually need.

Reads the places dates hide
Parsley does the tedious part first: extracting dates, names, places, prep notes and conflicts. You stay in control with a clean review step before it touches your calendar.
Screenshots, PDFs, pasted text, photos and forwarded emails all become structured events.
Child, school, club, location, what to bring and sensible reminders are suggested before anything is saved.
Approved events go into Apple Calendar, so family sharing, Siri and your watch keep working.
Inset day, sports kit, year 3 trip, parents evening slots.
2 reminders, 1 checklist, no clashes.
Approve the details in one place.

Create profiles once and Parsley keeps each child’s calendar, colour and context straight, even when a single message mentions everyone.

For the moments that arrive verbally or mid-rush, type or dictate the instruction and Parsley shapes it into a proper calendar item.

Parsley is designed around the iOS share sheet and native Calendar, so it fits into the family workflow you already have.
Share, paste, upload or photograph the thing you were about to manually decode.

Parsley drafts the event, tags the child, adds reminders and calls out uncertainty.

Approve it and the event lands in Apple Calendar with the details intact.

Early feedback from UK parents replacing sticky notes, screenshots and school-letter admin with Parsley.
"I used to lose half my Sunday transcribing the school newsletter. Now it takes under a minute and the whole term is in our calendar."
"It catches the things I always forget: non-uniform days, £2 coins, costume themes and odd pickup times."
"The per-child colours are brilliant. One glance and I know whose Tuesday is overloaded."
"Forwarding a class chat screenshot and getting back a clean event with reminders feels like magic."
"My partner and I are finally looking at the same calendar. That alone has changed our week."
"The review screen is the bit I trust. Parsley drafts everything, but I can still check the details before saving."

Parsley handles screenshots from WhatsApp, Messages and email; PDFs from schools, nurseries and clubs; photos of posters and noticeboards; plus plain text you paste in. Anywhere a date hides — Parsley finds it.
When you set up Parsley you add each child with their year group, school and any clubs. The AI uses that context to tag every event. You can override the assignment in one tap on the review screen.
No — and that’s the point. Parsley writes directly into the native iOS Calendar so events sync with iCloud, Family Sharing, Siri, your watch and any other calendar apps you use.
Yes. We never sell or share your data. Imports are processed on secure cloud servers; events and child profiles live on your iPhone and iCloud. You can delete everything in Settings → Privacy at any time.
Not yet. Parsley is iOS-first because the share-sheet experience is core to how it works. Android is on the roadmap.
